Like most small businesses, Juvelisto does not issue refunds.
If your jewellery item arrives defective or was damaged during shipping, please send it back for repair. Once repaired, we’ll ship it back to you at no additional cost.
If your return is due to personal preference, we are happy to offer an exchange for another piece within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Juvelisto Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
They may be used toward any jewellery purchase, custom order, or workshop/service at our studio or online, and they never expire.
Contrary to popular belief, jewellery is not invincible. Please store your pieces carefully and be mindful while wearing them.
Each Juvelisto piece has been tested for strength, longevity, and wearability. Sasha stands behind her work and guarantees the quality of her craftsmanship.
We will gladly repair any manufacturing fault within three (3) months of purchase, free of charge.
Repairs requested after three months—or resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or general wear—will be subject to our regular repair rates.
If your jewellery cannot be repaired or has been lost, we are happy to discuss creating a replacement piece at a negotiated price.
Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they meet our exchange policy conditions.
Refunds, where applicable, are issued only to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient.

If your return qualifies for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
