Juvelisto Purchase Policy

When you place an order with Juvelisto, you agree to the following:

• Handcrafted Nature: Each piece is individually made, so small variations in finish, texture, or stone colour are natural and part of its uniqueness.

• Payment: Orders must be paid in full before production or shipping. Custom work may require a deposit.

• Custom Orders: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.

• Processing Time: In-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days. Custom work timelines will be confirmed individually.

• Shipping: We ship from Richmond, BC via insured carriers. See our Shipping Policy for details.

• Returns & Repairs: We do not issue refunds but gladly offer repairs or exchanges as outlined in our Return & Repair Policy

• Workshops & Services: Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with sufficient notice.

• Gift Cards: Gift Cards are non-refundable and never expire.
