    Exchanges & Refunds

    Like most small businesses, Juvelisto does not issue refunds.

    If your jewellery item is defective or was damaged during the shipping process, please send the item back for repair and the item will be shipped back to you as soon as it has been fixed.

    If it is a personal taste issue, we would gladly exchange for another piece or store credit within seven (7) days from when you received the jewellery.

    Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
