At Juvelisto Design Studio & School of Metal Arts, we are dedicated to providing a fun, inspiring, and safe environment for every student.
Please take a moment to review our studio policies before attending your class.
Waiver of Responsibility:
Each student must sign a legal waiver of responsibilities upon arrival.
Minimum Age:
Students must be at least 16 years old. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for minors.
Health & Safety:
Students are required to inform us before registering if they have any health conditions or physical limitations that could affect their ability to safely operate tools, torches, or machinery.
Likewise, please let us know if you take any medication that may impair focus, coordination, or reaction time.
Intoxication Policy:
For the safety of all, any student who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the class. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.
Respectful Conduct:
We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Verbal or physical abuse toward instructors, staff, or other students will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the class without refund.
Our Goal:
We want every class to be a safe, enjoyable, and rewarding learning experience for all participants.
Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the first class are eligible for a full refund.
Notice must be provided by email, phone, or in person.
Credit Option:
For cancellations received between 72 hours and 14 days before the class starts, students may receive a credit toward another class.
Notification should be made by email, phone, or in person.
No Refund or Credit:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class begins, or once the class has started, are non-refundable.
Missed classes are not eligible for refund or credit.
Instructor or Weather-Related Issues:
If an instructor is ill or extreme weather prevents a class from running, the session will be rescheduled for the next available date.
Minimum Enrollment:
A minimum of four students is required for each class to run.
If enrollment falls below this number, we reserve the right to cancel the class and provide a full refund or credit.
Full Refund:
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
Notice must be given by email, phone, or in person.
Credit Option:
For cancellations received between 10 and 21 days before the workshop begins, we offer a credit (in the form of a gift card) that can be used toward another class, workshop, or any goods and services at Juvelisto.
No Refund or Credit:
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop or after it has started are non-refundable.
Missed sessions are not eligible for refund or credit.
Instructor or Weather-Related Issues:
If an instructor becomes ill or severe weather affects attendance, the workshop will be rescheduled to the next available date.
Minimum Enrollment:
Private workshops typically run with smaller groups, but if a session cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or credit will be offered.
