Juvelisto Custom Jewellery Warranty Policy

Our goldsmiths at Juvelisto have many years of experience in custom jewellery design and expert repair.  We take pride in the craftsmanship of our work and provide excellent quality in our services. We strive to build our jewellery to last a lifetime although jewellery is not invincible as it experiences wear and tear in everyday wear. We ask our customers to carefully care for their jewellery and have created this warranty so you know that we are here to help you with that.

Unlimited Care for Your Jewellery

To keep your jewellery looking new and to make sure that it is in good shape, each piece of Juvelisto jewellery comes with a lifetime of unlimited cleaning and inspection. This warranty applies to the purchaser of the piece and is not transferable to others.

Lost Stones

Within one year of the purchase date, we will replace any gemstone sold from and set by Juvelisto if the following conditions are met:

• the jewellery was inspected by Juvelisto within six months prior to the loss.
• the inspection was recorded by Juvelisto
• the loss resulted directly from a defective setting
• all necessary repairs and cleaning of the jewellery were performed by Juvelisto

This warranty is not effective if loss is due to improper care or if inspections and repairs are performed by anyone other than Juvelisto Design Inc. This warranty is not transferable or assignable to others.

Repairs

Within one year of the purchase date, we will do necessary repairs on pieces made or re-made by Juvelisto if the following conditions are met:

• any repairs previously done on the piece of jewellery were done by Juvelisto
• the repair is necessary due to a direct fault in the original craftsmanship of the piece
• the piece was inspected by Juvelisto within six months prior
• the inspection was recorded by Juvelisto

This warranty is not effective if the repair is necessary due to improper care or if inspections and repairs are performed by anyone other than Juvelisto Design Inc.

Ring Sizing

At the time of design consultation, a professional at Juvelisto will take the proper ring size on the finger of your choice and the ring size will be documented on the custom design agreement for your approval. If this chosen ring size does not fit immediately following its completion, Juvelisto will size the ring ¼ size up or down free of charge. Please understand that we are not responsible for the fluctuation in your body size which sometimes happens
