We have a strong passion for jewellery at Juvelisto, and are aware that precious pieces hold emotional, as well as material, value. We will make every effort to carefully understand what was lost and to make the insurance replacement process as smooth as possible.
Preparing for Your Insurance Replacement
First, you must contact your insurance provider to make a formal claim. Once they approve your jewellery claim and give you a budget to work with, they will usually request that you get a couple of estimates. They may give you a list of preferred vendors, but keep in mind that it is your right to work with any jeweller of your choice.
Next, contact us to book a jewellery consultation. You will meet with Juvelisto shop owner and lead goldsmith, Sasha Shkolnik, who will guide you through the insurance claim and replacement process.
After the consultation she will prepare an estimate, which we will submit to your insurance company.
In preparation for your consultation, please gather the following information:
• insurance company’s name
• adjuster’s name and contact info
• your claim number
• any photos of the items to be replaced
