At Juvelisto Design Studio & School of Metal Arts, we take great care in packing and shipping your jewellery so it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
If your order is time-sensitive (birthday, proposal, wedding), please contact us at info@juvelisto.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We ship from our studio in Steveston Village, Richmond, BC, Canada.
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator), depending on destination, insurance needs, and value.
For higher-value jewellery, we may require a trackable and insured shipping method.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Occasionally we may offer local pickup or flat-rate promotions; if available, they will appear at checkout.
We do ship to select international destinations.

If local pickup from our Steveston studio is available, you will see it at checkout. Please wait for your “ready for pickup” email before coming in.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged:
We always package jewellery securely, but we cannot guarantee the carrier’s handling.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees will apply if the parcel is returned to us.
We recommend trackable / insured shipping for items over $75.
We will do our best to help locate missing parcels, but Juvelisto is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
If your order contains both an in-stock item and a custom piece, we may:
