18K Yellow gold ring of custom design. Cushion shaped flat band 10.5mm width with textured finish and contrasting raised polished edges. The surface of the ring is embellished with a bas relief leaf and vine motif which extends to the ring top framing two bezel settings. The settings secure the following natural sapphires.
